2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Roaches, ants on both units we stayed in. Scared the craps out of my children. Tu Anh, claimed she s the owner, was super rude. And she said she intalled camera to monitor guess stay. This is against the law and she should be banned. Not recommend to any one.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Please don't reserve with this host. Because there is absolutely no communication for check in. No front desk, tel.text, WhatsApp, Viber or Zallo is connected. Expedia customer support can't connect either. Stay away until they resolve this issue.
