"The staff and owner of this hotel and some of the friendliest and most helpful people in Vietnam and that’s saying a whole lot as everyone is friendly and helpful here! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Ninh Binh/Tam Coc area. I had a lovely big room overlooking the pool, which had a balcony. It was a real spoil with the view that they have from the pool area! "

Receptionist called loc was especially helpful and even gave me a ride to a landmark after his shift was over. Much appreciated! I would 100% recommend this place. "We had a lovely stay here. The owners are incredibly sweet and helpful. They gave us suggestions for how to spend our time in and around Tam Coc. We rented scooters directly from them. The rooms were nice and quiet. We were just a few minutes walk from the craziness of Tam Coc, but within a very short walk to everything, which is ideal. Recommended! "

"Photos look nicer than the actual property, although it looks nice at night. Picturesque and quiet location. Nice trail walk to town. Breakfast was poor, only black tea and coffee and run out very quickly, we asked several times for coffee and they ignored us, more a 3 stars breakfast overall. Rooms very basic."
