"Wow! What a beautiful homestay tucked away in a private corner of Ninh Binh. The views and hospitable staff were amazing - they truly went above and beyond to make our time at the lotus field wonderful. At night, there were loud karaoke parties nearby that echoed across the cliffs that we weren’t expecting, and most of the bikes were in tough condition, but all and all 10/10 would recommend a stay here! "We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June. Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat). Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. "The luxury at this property was amazing. It felt so quiet and secluded. My wife and I were travelling without our children and this resort was exactly what we needed to unwind. The room was very large and comfortable and every night they would put out mosquito nets. I get devoured by mosquitos whenever I travel but I didn't seem to have any issues here. The breakfast options were good and the restaurant was good too."

"Room was large and very clean. In fact, I think that was the largest king bed I’ve ever slept on. Location is right in Tam Coc but on a quiet street. Everyone is friendly. The only negative thing is there is no safe to secure your belongings. Breakfast is decent. I would definitely stay again. Great value for sure!"

"BEAUTIFUL Hotel. Staff were very accomodating and allowed us to check in at 10am after our overnight train rider. Room was stunning and the corner suite of the Hotel. Great pool and dinner was fantastic and Breakfast was even better :D"
