"The location is in a busy area but then that is Hanoi. Located close to the lake, day and night markets and all the busy shops which is the exciting part of this city. The staff are outstanding. Kevin Tommy, Jennie and all the staff took a personal interest in making sure we had everything. Kevin spent his time marking out all the areas we should visit. The Restaurant staff were also first class. I will stay again at this Hotel when next I visit."

"The staff were wonderful and super helpful. It’s in a perfect location . Walking distance to everything. However room 705 needs to fix the hot/cold handle for the shower . It was very difficult to turn to cold as the water was so hot. The shower also needs a shower caddy for guests to put personal toiletries . The shower floor is very slippery so you have to be extremely careful. The tower shelve is too high . Needs to lower by 2-3 inches "

"We had a great stay at this hotel. Nice, clean room with balcony, jacuzzi and sauna in the room as well as a standing shower. Powerful A/C, great facilities. Super kind and helpful staff, and it's right in the heart of the hustle and bustle. They give you a basket of goodies, and the whole vibe of this hotel is pretty modern.
