"The TV and microwave did not work, it said smoke free there were people smoking, others drinking alcohol in the hotel living room I was out at 11am and at 9 o'clock they were cleaning the room all bad"

"It's the most ghetto hotel I've stayed in. The front of building looks good but go around to the back and it's all druggies hanging out. Not safe feeling at all!"

"The room was excellent very spacious. Breakfast was good. Loved that they had turkey sausage. Pool was very small. However there was no hot tub. "

"The hotel was great for one day. We had to ask for soap and lotion as there was none at the room. The door and missing the key part but the key worked okay with out it."

"The breakfast was good. The toilet in our room was backed up and leaking water on the bathroom floor. We had to put towels on the floor just to wash our hands in the bathroom. The staff were extremely nice but the bathroom made me not want to stay there again. The room was clean but I couldn’t get over the bathroom issues. "

"My husband and I travel frequently and have not spent really any time in a Hilton hotel. We stayed here from Thursday, March 5 through Tuesday, March 10. I absolutely, without doubt, have to say that going forward, I don’t think I can stay at anything other than a Hilton hotel. The Hilton Garden Inn Hanes Mall was 100% the cleanest and best experience we have ever had. The staff was more than courteous and kind; the room was amazing; the morning staff at breakfast and the staff at the bar at night went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and wanted. Thank you for an amazing stay and we will definitely be back as our granddaughter lives in the apartments next door. My only regret right now is that I cannot remember anyone’s name that we encountered except for Ellen at breakfast as I would love to acknowledge each and every one of them. I also remember Thomas who I encountered that was incredibly helpful and helping me find a trail to walk on in the mornings. Thank you again for. An incredible experience and again, we will be back!!"
