The parking was reasonable, in comparison to hotel options in and around Manhattan and the view from the parking lot was of the beautiful skyline and a very walkable neighborhood filed with restaurants, cafes, and shops. "From arrival to check out the W staff were helpful welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful with a great view. We enjoyed all the W had to offer. The location was close to restaurants and shopping and was located along the Hudson River. A great place to go for a walk and enjoy the views of NYC. This was a return visit and we will be back."

"I’ve had great stays at the Ganesvoort but this one was mediocre at best. Elevators took forever (15 min!), service was really bad too. I sat down to eat at C&C and was told to expect an extra 20 minutes once I ordered and half the menu they were out of. Not worth the money unfortunately."

"We recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn on W 36th in NYC. Upon arrival all the staff were very helpful, they stored our bags safely while we toured the local area until our rooms were ready. They called when one room was ready but not the other 2. I booked through Expedia and prepaid the room, which I will NEVER EVER EVER do again. This hotel charged me again for all 3 rooms when I checked out. Had to go to the front desk and speak with someone 2 times. The first person claimed I was not charged...
