"Do not stay at this property. We had full blown black mold In our bathroom all around the ceiling. I asked the Chinese owner for a refund due to me not being able to shower and she declined! The property is dated and dirty! Don't stay here."

"The unit was clean, and nice and in the right spot for us .but we had to go buy a new doona as the doona that was supplied had blood and stains all over it. It was too disgusting to sleep underneath it."

Despite following this complicated online process twice we never received the code. We then phoned the number given to get help - the call was answered by an AI assistant who apologised profusely and promised to forward our call to a supervisor - this happened repeatedly with us never being able to get the...

"Love the pet friendly rooms with no extra charges. Very few of this sort of accommodation around! :) Bathrooms are very tired and the bed was not very comfy. Quite loud due to being on a train line / main roads but overall the room was clean and tidy and suited us for a one night stay. Easy check in process. Friendly staff. "

I also rang the hotel directly as well and Spoke to a young lady a few days prior to our booking and she was not helpful and had no idea."
