"Very nice location. Right in the center of the city. What is very special for us is there are super market and laundry just next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull for us. would be great if the aircon is cooler. Sadly we stay there when heat wave happen in Europe. So the AC doesnt good enough. Other thing is, would be good if there is fridge on the room. Other than that, i would still reccomend people to stay here."

"One of the great hotel we stayed at in the past 18 days in Europe. Staff are friendly. It's near to the train and bus station. It's walkable area. I just wish that their electric drying rack works. They also have stunning view from our balcony."

"Location location location .. The hotel was situated in d perfect spot in interlaken .. Just few mins walk from Interlaken ost station and few mins walk to all Restos around there..was perfect for us... Room was very good and the staffs were really helpful.. I highly recommend this and would def go back"

"It is too far walking from train station. Bus not operating due to construction for a week. Even bus is operating, you still need to walk uphill about 500 m . We have to walk uphill for about 20 mins. I would suggest to stay in Grindelwald ( nice view ) or Interlaken area. They picked us up but their rate is not standardized, depends on the receptionist. First time pick up, they charged CHF 8. Going down to train station also the same CHF 8. When we call again, for pick up at train station, the...

"We were in the Guesthouse which is the 'budget' rooms of The Hey Hotel. Room was clean, beds comfy, excellent breakfast. View from both our rooms was out onto the roof terrace of the next door building about a metre away. The rooms would benefit from a voile curtain for privacy without drawing curtains. This didn't really spoil our 2 night stay as we were only in the room to sleep. Easy access to Ost station, No 21 bus. And walkable to West Station."

"Hotel was very clean and staff were super nice and friendly. Breakfast was great too. The only downside was that hotel didn't have any fans and it got too hot during heat wave. Otherwise I would highly recommend."
