"The check in for starters is very odd. The first thing they make you sign is a disclaimer not to get the wood floors wet etc. or there is an additional charge. The next odd thing is we used the sauna located in the basement which is under construction. So it doesn’t really feel like the pictures. The next item, you need to use their sandals which you are required to deposit 25 CHF in cash per set. You cannot apply to the room or use a credit card hold etc. Not exactly welcoming or relaxing....

"The reception staff was exceptional. They were knowledgeable about the area, fluent in multiple languages and really helpful with information and assistance supplying us for our weekend stay. Apartment was clean, roomy and had everything we needed to stay in or go out (including much needed Nespresso and umbrellas). Everything is very walkable from the location. Was made to feel like a special guest."

"The hotel is central located. However a lot of noises at night and construction in the morning. So maybe not so good if you travel with children "

"Location location location .. The hotel was situated in d perfect spot in interlaken .. Just few mins walk from Interlaken ost station and few mins walk to all Restos around there..was perfect for us... Room was very good and the staffs were really helpful.. I highly recommend this and would def go back"
