"Super cute place once I found it. The tools are located above a tiny grocery store and I hadn’t realized that. Don’t let the store deter you from booking. I arrived around 8, it was closed. Parking lot of 4-6 spaces were empty. All good, very quiet and peaceful. Very nice area right by the water. The only reason I’m giving this a 4 out of 5 is that there was NO ONE else booked in the entire place and I did not have a room facing the water? Had I, I would have had a stunning view of the water and...

"This is such a magical spot !! The host was communicative and helpful and the property was cozy and well equipped. Possibly the favorite point of our trip! Plenty of room to spread out. Had to deal with a handful of flies on arrival that were stuck inside or dead but there was a lil vacuum so not a big deal. "

"Upon arriving we tried checking in early and our room was just getting finished cleaning. The woman at the front desk was so kind and gave us a few recommendations on things to do while we wait! We absolutely loved the location of the property on the water. They paid beautiful tribute to the rich herring history, without feeling cheesy - it felt like a cozy cabin throughout. The hot tub was perfect sitting on the water (unfortunately the sauna was broken during our stay, however, they had staff...

"Very friendly hotel. Lovely Scottish lady carried our bags upstairs and made us drinks with chocolates when we came in after dinner. Cosy room and best beds ever!!! Bathroom cold and a bit old fashioned looking. Needs renovating. We ate at Sauda in the town as the restaurant wasn’t open. It was very nice. Good breakfast. Lots of parking."
