"Check-in was quick and very easy. Even though we got there after midnight, the staff was cheerful and upbeat. Our room was exactly as described and the fold out couch was already opened ready to sleep on, which was a nice touch. The hotel overall is obviously not new, but was very clean and well maintained. What was most impressive was the staff. We checked out and were on our way out of Virginia Beach when I realized that I had left my cell phone that I use for my work in the room. I called in a panic and spoke to Jasmine, who said she would go check and call me back. Within 15 minutes, she had already gone to the room herself, found my phone, and called me back to let me know. It may seem insignificant, but it was a big deal to me. Jasmine and the other staff provided excellent customer service, even after we left. We would definitely stay there again."
