I believe I booked during the off season (December) because I didn't see or hear another guest during my entire stay. The rooms were kept clean during my stay from when I walked in the door to when I checked out. There is noise from the street as the hotel is located in an area with many shops, gambling venues, and such, but it's really no problem. Bring headphones if you think that it'll bother you, or just tune it out. I had no problems sleeping."
