"We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. It’s conveniently located to the rail station and also had shuttle service if needed. The room was spacious and we had a great view. "Zermama was a highlight of our trip to Switzerland. The entire staff was wonderful and attentive. Our room had an unbelievable view of the Matterhorn. We happily donned the fake fur coats to sit on our balcony and enjoy coffee in the morning as Zermatt came alive. We ate in the restaurant and found the food to be excellent.
