Fantastic Staff, great private and shared pools, okay gym. Our villa was lovely although some of the decor was a bit tired and the fridge was not cold at all. It might as well have just been a cupboard. Breakfast was good. Overall value for money was really good.

Room was cleaned well. The view from our room was excellent. Definitely a problem with staff speaking English. We went to the pool but couldn't use it because it was too packed. We got a voucher of 150000 VND per day for Han restaurant, but this was restricting and we didn't use all the vouchers. ...

The staff was amazing from check in, to breakfast, dinner, writers bar, gym & spa, room cleaning & turn down service… the hotel is south of the main action, but a quick taxi ride and you’re in the middle. Again, the staff were amazing!!
