"We had an amazing stay and were truly impressed by the level of service at this hotel. From the moment we entered the hotel each day, we were always greeted by smiling and attentive staff. The team paid attention to the little details, from taking care of our daily needs to beautifully decorating our bed. These thoughtful touches really made our stay feel special. We did have a slightly unpleasant experience with the service at the spa. However, what impressed me most was how the hotel took the initiative to provide service recovery without us even asking for it. I had actually told them that 95% of our experience had been wonderful and that one small incident would not change our overall impression. Yet, they still went out of their way to make things right. That really showed us how seriously they take their guests' experience and service standards. Overall, we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. A wonderful hotel with genuinely attentive service, and definitely a place I would recommend staying at when visiting Hoi An."

"Booked for 2 nights had to leave early the staff were great about and counld not of been more helpful and concerned, A very handy spot to stay only a quick grab to old town and we walked back from Old Town i think about 800 metres.Breakfast was fine for a smaller pleace."
