"Pub had lots of character. We ate in the restaurant and it was absolutely delicious. Big portions and very reasonable. Lots of locals with a great vibe. We stayed in room 6 and it was enormous. En-suite on another floor within our bedroom. Crisp white sheets and duvet. Plenty of hot water Immaculate and would definitely recommend"

"Caro the host was lovely and friendly and very hospitable. The old Manor House is beautiful set in rolling countryside. The bedroom was large, beds were comfortable and good shower. Caro provides an excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Would defo visit again. The Globe Inn nearby does good food and the staff and locals were good fun."

"Overall, I had a pleasant one night stay at the Walnut Tree Hotel. The room was quite basic and a little dated, but it had the essentials, including a double bed, tea and coffee-making facilities, and towels. Unfortunately, the TV in my room had no signal, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, given the warm weather, it would have been nice to have a fan in the room, as there were no facilities to help with the heat.
