"An overall lovely hotel. Staff were all friendly and welcoming, greeting you with a smile at all times. The room was a good size, a lovely comfy bed, initially pillows were fluffy and not the most supportive but the staff were happy to provide firm pillows on request. "Great hotel - love the overall look and feel of it, and the staff were very helpful. Room was larger than expected (we got the basic one) and pleasantly surprised by the mini bar and prices. Breakfast buffet a definite strength, with a great variety of food being constantly replenished. The hotel somehow managed to be a twenty minute walk from most places we wanted to be, we didn't get any kind of public transport while in Prague aside from to/from the airport.
