Room was small but comfortable. Main issue was the tub/shower combo. The tub was actually a jacuzzi, with sides higher than a regular bathtub. For someone with bad knees, it made getting into and out of quite difficult and precarious.

Parking was good. The room was, well, a room. Limited in house toiletries if that matters to you. The minimal interaction I had with staff was pleasant.
