I think it essentially depends on where you get placed - annex, arch house or in the pub etc, as to what the rooms are like rather than your booking. "Lovely guest room with sunny balcony overlooking fields. Breakfast was very good but we didn’t eat here in the evening. Staff were friendly and easy to park near the accommodation block. Overall a great stay in a beautiful area close to Wells, Morston Quay & Blakeney."
