"Recently opened & ideally situated on Kensington High Street enabling great access to tubes/buses. Kensington Palace Hyde Park easily walkable. Excellent choice of independent shops/restaurants nearby. Can highly recommend Sally Clarkes for lunch or dinner. Staff very welcoming & breakfast cooked to order was excellent. Queen room was very compact so would request a larger room when next visiting."

"First impression the lobby looked good, the staff were very helpful, there was a massive variety of food at breakfast and the staff were very friendly, it’s a little further out of London than we normally stay, so we had to bus & tube into the centre. Our only fault I would say was with the room and housekeeping, the shower was lush and so powerful, but the quarter glass door that went along the bath did not hold any water in the bath area, so the whole room got wet, we had a coffee in the room on the Saturday evening & a cup that was bought up from breakfast, our coffee station was not cleaned, cleared or topped up, the coffee cup from the morning was still in the room, there were bits on the floor and the sink wasn’t cleaned at all. It looked like all they did was made the bed, I don’t think we would stay there again, but only for the fact that you had to bus & then tube into London."
