I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "The bed was the size of the entire room not even a chair to sit on to tie your shoes. If you have luggage no good place to put it. The shower pressure and temperature was great. No in room TV to even see what is happening in the world. On the plus side very pretty well maintained. Has an elevator. Close to the metro station."

"I was disappointed being a returning customer for the last 5 years, where I complaint about the noise at 530 am in the morning. And nothing was done about it. Nor did the morning manager call me to discuss about it. Not until I made a lot of noise, did the PM manager attend to it."

"The entrance of the hotel is sweet and pretty. The location is wonderful because it’s right next to the underground tube station and very central in Kensington. That was the best part of the hotel, the location. However, I stayed on the first floor and the AC barely worked. The air was blowing well and you couldn’t adjust it. I should’ve complained, but I didn’t and at checkout, I let them know and they didn’t seem to care. I should have complained before. So if you find the AC, not working...

"It’s was a great stay for 3 of us. It was a great location in an old building (actually reminded us of a tenement from NYC) The shared bathroom/showers were actually quite convenient as we could all use separate facilities at the same time. The room on the first floor was a bit warm and a bit loud until midnight but would not say it affected our stay. Would recommend."

"Air conditioning wasnt working and blowing hot on the hotest day of the year (In May). had to report this to reception to get it fixed. And the "Promised" free drinks didnt happen for my Birthday - I had to chase up 3 times before eventually get offered 2 free drinks for my wife an myself. Other thank this, the room was adequate, and the hotel was well kept and clean."
