"I stayed here for one night while visiting London and had a great experience. The location in Soho is excellent – very central, with many attractions, shops, restaurants, and public transport all within easy walking distance. As this is a capsule hotel, I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but I found my way around immediately. The hotel itself is very new (I believe it has been open for less than a year), and everything felt modern and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming....

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious compared with other hotels and the locations was perfect with a lot of amenities at a walking distance. It is also located in a safe area. The A/C was not working properly when we arrive to the room but they sent a technician right away and fixed the issue within 30 minutes."

"Based on the pictures you couldn’t tell this is a massive hotel with hundreds of room per floors. The hallways vibe « The Shining ». The staff is rude, long waiting lines at the desk and elevators. No A/C in the room and no ventilation. I rented a « familiy room » which was in fact a 2 person room with 4 twin beds with barely any space to move around making this a security risk. I understand London is expensive but this wasn’t cheap either for this."

"After I confirmed room with insurance, Expedia provided my booking that said room was non-refundable. I also noted that there were no windows in this room. It turned out to be a basement room. I wasn’t in the room very much. London hit record breaking heat, so being in the basement was cooler than above ground. Disappointed that Expedia’s fine print was not apparent before purchase."

"This remodeled hotel is in the Earls Court neighborhood, convenient to the Tube and walkable to Hyde Park. The hotel offers a complimentary filtered water station, coffee, tea. There is a nice, shaded patio off the back. There are several stairs to navigate and no elevator. However, the front desk staff helped me with my large suitcase. The front desk is manned 24 hours by friendly, helpful staff, the room felt spacious for an older property and had air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable...

"Good size room, very lovely staff, great location. Really the only reason it was not 5 stars is because the bathroom had a bit of a musty smell (but was clean, I think the smell was from the drain). Space between wall and sink when sitting on the toilet seat might be a tight fit for a larger person. Bedroom was quiet, the was bed comfy, and had a suitcase stand. Would definitely stay here again!"
