"This is a lovely comfy hotel. My room had a baloney and great view of the ocean. The pool is huge and, like the rest of the hotel, very clean. The staff are polite and go out of their way to be helpful. "

"Manager Michael and all the staff at reception were exceptional in getting our two harbour view rooms close together on same floor. Michael even escorted us to the rooms to make sure we were happy with them, and they were perfect! Location on the Esplanade Lagoon swimming park was fantastic for our family because our 6 year old grandson loved the swimming.
