"We had a reservation for 2 rooms - one for us with our 3 young children including a baby and one for my parents. We were arriving late past 10 pm so I called ahead at around 4 pm to let them know we will be arriving late after 10 - 11 pm so that we do not lose our rooms. The individual we spoke to said that is perfectly fine as long as we arrive before 2:30 AM. We show up at the hotel at 11 pm and the front desk receptionist says “oooh I have bad news for you we are fully booked.” "

"The staff was welcoming and understanding. The room was clean, and well taken care of. The shower head and pressure were the best I have seen in a hotel. I was to be on the first airport shuttle & the driver was late. Thankfully we made it to the airport on time. Need to have coffee available all day & access to buying muffins or other items in the shop. "

"Not sure if it was an off week but when we arrived there were no rooms available at 10am and were told to check back at 3pm. During that time we saw some people get a room. Not sure if they had been waiting prior. Closer to 1pm I was able to get a room after checking back. One of the beds had hair on the pillow and a toenail on top. Bathroom was not fully cleaned so I used Lysol wipes and gloves to fully clean everything. The food was just okay and buffet breakfast was cold. After dinner the first night I got a call at 10:30pm from the desk stating there was a discrepancy with my receipt and they would charge on final bill. When I checked I had already been charged the correct amount so not sure why there was confusion. You could tell the hotel was very short staffed so maybe that is why we had the experience we did. Would I stay here again? No. "

"My room was plenty spacious and exceptionally clean. I was able to check in early and check out later. The area was way more walkable than I required. It felt safe and was well lit with active foot traffic. I explored little but felt like I could have done more, just not the purpose of my trip. Did I mention how clean it was with no overt chemical smells and someone in housekeeping that sang while they worked must care about the work they do. Well done."

"Weight room was very dirty, our room was decent, but had some crumbs on the floor, the elevator and hallways smelled like weed when we were walking through. And I was disappointed in the shuttle service as we needed a shuttle exactly at 5 AM but when we got down there at 4:50 it had already left to take a group and there was another group ahead of us. Our plane left at seven so it was a little nerve-racking getting there on time if they can only take so many in the shuttle they should know that when people reserve the shuttle for a certain time and not tell everyone that 5 AM is good."
