"We love staying at the Dream Inn. It is perfect for us. Right on the beach, with a refreshing pool for when the waves in the ocean are too rough. The patio deck is perfect for people watching while having breakfast or lunch. It is in a quiet part of Daytona beach with a couple of eateries within walking distance. "The rooms were clean. The staff was AMAZING!! Tony .. Lisbeth… Collin… Frank and Nicola were the friendliest!! The only downside is the onsite restaurant is only open for dinner on weekends. The pool area was maintained properly with easy access to the beach. I’m already planning my next stay!! Oh and despite what other reviews say… I’m happy to report I saw NO roaches!!"

"This place is over rated. Broken door, found dirty clothes from previous guest, terrible smell like if someone vomited and never was cleaned. The sofa bed was dirty, cracks all over and unusable. Terrible experience. We couldn't stay. I talk to the young ladies at reception, they apologized and they said a refund was authorized and to go through Expedia to deal with it. I contacted Expedia and they refused to reimburse the money.
We left the hotel about an hour later. I won't trust Expedia...
