We were very happy with our stay. We were able to fit 6 people comfortably, it was close to the beach, we had an ocean view from the third floor, and were able to walk to many shops and restaurants and activities. I would stay here again.

Beautiful property. You can see the ocean from the window and walk to the beach in a flash. It is convenient to most places on the island. Great walk/bike culture. Quiet, the people were nice. Dog friendly- there were almost too many dogs area. The room was nice, but we had to clean the Floor- it was filthy. We paid for an additional parking pass and housekeeping was supposed to bring it, but we never saw housekeeping until checkout. They never came to service the room and we stayed from Friday to Monday. The property manager may want to check out the shower. When the shower head is positioned center winter pours onto the floor. I am sure there will be serious water damage to the floor and ceiling. Be prepared to step up into the shower. I am 5’2”.5 and I almost needed a foot stool to get in the shower. Lastly, if you are on a floor with upstairs neighbors, know that the laminate floors are going to let you know the instant little feet litter patter and play. We had a little one ourselves and tried to make sure the downstairs neighbors were not catching it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely.

My family and I were very pleased with the cleanliness and quietness of the property. They had everything you could need for your vacation to be comfortable. Beach access was a huge plus and it's only a few steps away. All in all, I would love to stay here again and I recommend it to everyone.

The property could use a long mirror in one room for extra Help. Also hot water was still not hot when them came . The property itself was gorgeous. Need some paper towels there or napkins. Thanks for the stay.

The stay was very nice except for the fact we had to change rooms after we had settled in due to heater not working. No credit for that. Book your stay directly through the property website. DO NOT BOOK THRU HOTELS.com/EXPEDIA!!! unless you wish to spend an extra $75./night

The staff was super sweet. Extremely accommodating. The room was spotless. The staff met you with a smile and asked if they could do anything for you. And even though there was a hicup with the hot water they did everything to make it right i give them 10 stars..

Our stay was great, but the amenities can use some work. We had a three beds but only two blankets. (No blanket for the pull out couch.) There was only two rolls of toilet paper and 2 set of towels for the weekend. It was stated that there were laundry detergent/pods. However we did not find any. The parking space was small. There is only one parking spot for the whole suite. We had to use public parking and pay the fees. However, the room itself was great and had a beautiful view. The shared community area was great with many activities and the free bike rental system was easy to use and enjoyable. Overall, it is a cheap, but comfortable stay. Just the amenities needs an improvement.

Got NO sleep at night - Nice room - good location

The property was really nice. Close to beach and downtown Surf City. Customer service was excellent and quick. I would give it 5 stars, but we did not get a good nights sleep the whole time we stayed there. We did not hear any noise from rooms on either side of us, but above (ceiling) noise was horrible. We were on the 1st floor above parking. It sounded like a constant herd of elephants passing over our bed every night. I spoke to the rental agency who takes care of the property (BlueStar Real Estate) about it and they said that they had received other complaints about this noise problem in our building. They also said that the new building that was just finished down the street from the one where we stayed had resolved the issue for noise above and below the rooms which is good news. BlueStar Real Estate also told us that if we had called early in our visit, they could have moved us, but I am not sure that it would have helped since the noise problem was throughout the building. I recommend renting in the new building if possible or taking ear plugs just in case for staying in older building. Also, some minor issues that we did not have a problem with, but others might: no closet in room or clothes washer/dryer. They do have a dresser in the room for clothing. Wonderful full kitchen as well.

So far so good. Made the reservation at 4 o’clock had all of the emails and text messages by 4:30 arrived at 5:30 property is as advertised and I think I’m staying tomorrow night also perfect little spot washer and dryer fully stock kitchen two queen beds and you can hear the ocean

The room was spacious and well lit with plenty of outlets for electronic items. I did not like the shower, all open and no curtain and there was nothing in the bathroom to lay personal items on. A kitchen hand towel would have been nice also.
