"Went as a couple and also had family book a second room so we could show them NYC. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful and informative, with the wine hour a really nice touch. The rooms are well decorated, the beds very comfortable, and for the part of Manhattan the rooms are fairly quiet at night. We loved it so much we’ve already booked to go back!"

However, the owners might want to upgrade the levalor blinds to higher-quality ones, preferably with blackout options like those found in most hotels. Additionally, you are not insulated from the crashing noises of other guests and service staff crashing around outside your room. The elevators felt a bit slow, and we weren't particularly impressed with the hotel food. Luckily, there are many tasty options nearby. "

"Lovely property, close to everything if you wish to walk or take the subway. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast every day of my stay. They also had a live music band/duo in the lobby at certain times which I found very enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were warm and welcoming.
