They went above and beyond by upgrading us to an absolutely incredible suite, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer! The suite itself was pure luxury, a perfect blend of rock-star vibe and modern comfort. The room was spacious, impeccably designed, and had that signature Hard Rock flair with stylish decor and top-notch amenities. The shower was a dream—think rainfall perfection—and the separate dressing area added such a thoughtful touch of convenience. But the real showstopper? The bathtub. It was massive, relaxing, and honestly made me never want to leave. Every detail of the room screamed quality, from the plush bedding to the stunning views. The entire experience was elevated by the outstanding service. The staff anticipated our every need, and the bellmen were quick, courteous, and made checking in and out a breeze. Whether you’re there for the casino, the vibe, or just to soak in the luxury, the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino delivers on every level. "Location!! Location!! Right off the ocean that includes many meal options within walking distance. Easy Uber/Lyft or drive from Ft Lauderdale airport/Miami too. An old school place, but modern amenities! Great for solo traveler or a couple. Many room options and guest services are accommodating to late check in! "

"Everything was wonderful from beginning to end. Valet staff were courteous, fast, and professional. The hotel staff were all so friendly and accommodating. We were there for a concert and the lobby was playing the artist’s music. There is a free shuttle to and from the Hard Rock (also playing the artist’s music). Hotel is clean and smells divine. The rooms are modern. Comfy beds. AMAZING shower. Breakfast was way beyond our expectations offering such a variety of food! It was a lovely experience altogether for my daughter and I! "
