While in close proximity to the beach, this rental is quite honestly disgusting. There are bugs everywhere and I had to wear my shoes in the shower it was that disgusting. Visible signs of mold in the shower and all throughout the bathroom. The tiles are lifting in the bedroom. The property advertises free parking however there are only 7 spots for 10 vehicles. As there is no reception office - i had to text about it and did not receive a response as to where to park. I had to pay for street parking which was $85.50USD. When we arrived early I messaged about early check in and while the room wasn’t ready I was still given access to the room to put our luggage in which was nice and much appreciated but further texts about where to park went unanswered. The walls are paper thin and we could hear all conversation in the surrounding rooms, all noises (yes allllll), people showering and even hear everyone sitting in provided chairs outside.
