"The toilet didn’t work the first night, so we had to sleep in another one of our groups room. The new room had the same problem. Got moved to another room for the 2nd night. 3rd room we had to move because it was infested with ants. 3 rooms over 5 nights. I tried uploading the videos of all their tomfoolery but they don’t allow videos. So I added some still frames from the videos attached videos. They only refunded us one night stay even though we didn’t have use of the rooms for 3 days. Only...

"Disappointing stay.
Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, as there were several issues that I feel should be addressed.
There was no safe in the room, which was a major concern, especially when traveling with passports. We were staying near Universal Studios, and the last thing you want is to have to carry your passports with you while going on the rides because there is nowhere secure to leave them.
The room appeared to have been recently renovated, but the bathroom door did not...
