"The inside was very nicely decorated for the theme, and the area it is in is convenient, however the rest of our stay wasn’t as great. There is no parking except street side, which we ended up getting a ticket for. The walls are super thin and you can hear people even whispering in the room next to us. "The unit was clean and spacious, and check-in and check-out were very easy. The gym is small and basic but has what you need for cardio or weight training. Even though there is no communication with a human host, the AI text messaging was quick and quite helpful.
The lounge and luggage storage were especially useful since our flight was later in the day—we were able to check-out and explore the city without carrying our bags around.

"Nice stay. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. I loved that it was a short walk from the venue. Room is extremely clean. The only issue I had was that the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, so I couldn’t curl my hair. Great stay for a solo traveler. "

"The parking felt safe
The front desk person Manny kept disappearing for a few minutes going into the employee room
I watched many guests walk away after waiting for him while I was doing laundry . The area didn’t feel as safe as I wanted to but the room towel decoration into a swan and the cleanliness made up for the rest .
I suggest they add debit card option to vending machines and to the laundry as well.
Manny was kind when he checked us in . "

"We came to Hollywood for a play at the Pantages and chose this location for proximity and price. I'm glad we did. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to make our stay a good one. The room was clean, and comfortable and provided every we needed. I appreciate that they didn't gouge us for parking like most other places do. Next time we are in the area for an event, we will definitely come back to stay here."

Parking is pricy but secure.
Walking distance to Metro line.
Fan in bathroom was noisy and there are signs of wear and tear on the property so don't expect a high end resort, but just a solid place to rest and explore the city."
