"Our check-in was a little rough as we requested early check-in. But it was accommodated well. Memorize the front door and room access codes for a smoother experience. Rooms are clean and efficient, with a fully equipped kitchen. Even had a washer, dryer and dishwasher! Good stay and would certainly recommend Fenix Hollywood to others."

"Es un holte solo para llegar a dormir , por el costo está perfecto , super cerca de universal studios Hollywood, todo limpio , aunque parte de las instalaciones se sienten algo viejas , el elevador huele a aceite/grasa , no tienen agua disponible , ni fría ni caliente para consumo . Pero repito es solo para dormir , bañarse , la tina del baño que me tocó muy limpia , parecía nueva . Agua caliente sin límite y buena presión . Si lo recomiendo para el uso práctico sin amenidades ."

"The whole hotel was clean. Room was the cleanest we've stayed at in a long time! The Room we stayed in had a queen bed, it was a bit small but enough for a couple. Restroom was perfect, my wife loved the mirror and lighting. It could use a full size mirror in the room. Overall best deal and best hotel I've stayed in Hollywood."

"Undesirable neighborhood, very frightening to be even outside at night or in that area. No amenities at all, very very dirty area. Check-in staff was not knowledgeable, helpful or friendly in anyway. For the price I paid I expected a lot more.. will never stay there again nor would I recommend this place at least not at the price they charge. And even if it was a lower rate, I would still not stay there again."

"I loved the aesthetic and ambience of this hotel. It feels very safe, and clean. Our room was quiet and well maintained, check in was efficient and easy, staff was helpful as soon as we got there. There is an in-n-out RIGHT next door, so that was lovely, and location is at a good distance from everything. For Hollywood, this is a decent location, and hotel itself feels safe. It was just my friend and I, and we felt safe here, and getting picked up and dropped off in ubers. I recommend !"
