"The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The lobby always smelled good. The motel seems a little bit older, so there was wear and tear in some places. For instance, the tub and bathroom. It took quite awhile to get the hot water in our shower. There were places where water had gotten under the paint and it appeared those bubbles were sliced to drain. The pool was under remodel. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The bed was very cozy, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. "This hotel was an absolute disaster, and the entire experience left my girlfriend and me feeling grossed out, frustrated, and genuinely unsafe. The rooms were far from clean—every single one had visible mold in the bathroom: black patches and spots covering the grout, shower tiles, wall edges, and caulking. "The rooms are decent. They don't offer daily housekeeping, however, you can return your dirty towels to the front desk for clean towels, and if you need plates, silverware, etc, go to the front desk. YHou have to empty your garbage out yourself, and get new garbage bags from the front desk. I just wish there were ovens in the kitchen, and some pots to heat up your food. There is a stovetop in the room and a full-size fridge."
