"This motel should be 1/2 star don’t be a tricked by the look of the entrance , once before open your room door Dirty specially carpets smell tribble , if plan to take shower need to hold your breath its cold i told the reception. Told me we have only 2 boilers so they know the issue didnt do any thing about it ….bad service !!! One of the worst i cant even call it a motel !!!!!"

"This was our first time in Chicago. My sister and I saw this Best Western as a convenient choice for the Pokemon GO! Fest of 2026. Wow, what a beautiful building! Very safe too. The lot is lit so brightly and is next to a small banquet hall so we weren’t scared about coming back to the room very late. The room was beautiful; comfy sheets, updated TV and nice amenities. "I knew we were in trouble when I saw the carpet in the hallway. In the room the floor was sticky. Every step in the room we could hear our shoes peeling off of the floor. The shower was dirty. I had to wear crocs in there. The baseboards were filthy. There were streaks of varying colors on the walls. It had a heavy, sour/sweet weird smoky smell. "I booked this hotel because it was a good price and had great reviews. Well someone was lying because it is the worse place I have ever stayed! Dirty, horribly run down, the pictures online are not true at all, most of the outlets in my room didn’t work, no phone in the room, no conditioner or body wash, no coffee maker or cups, no ice bucket, tv didn’t work, the pillows were so lumpy, mattress uncomfortable, there were stains on the sheets, even fresh blood. "This is the worst Super 8 that I’ve ever been to. They have no public restroom inside the lobby. When we got to the room there were no towels. The air conditioner made so much noise it kept us up most of the night. Breakfast is a joke. They offer package cinnamon rolls that were stale. Good Luck"
