"Property was great! The host/property manager was wonderful! Checked up on us and answered any questions we had throughout our stay. Short walk to the beach and had all we needed for days we spent at the beach. Gym , pool, onsite convenience store, laundry room and tennis courts! Will definitely come back! "

"The residence sides was an incredible opportunity for our family to enjoy a nice spacious room at our favorite hotel in Miami Beach. At first when I reserved I did not realize it was a vacation rental and was hesitant, but after speaking with management of the condo I was assured all was well. It was actually more than I expected and I was impressed with all aspects. The condo was clean, well appointed, and had a custom interior design which set it apart from the regular hotel rooms. "Terrible. Be ready. You’re going to wait in line, a lot. The elevator system is insanely inefficient. The unit we had had so many things wrong, including the cooktop which I had to call maintenance twice for and then ended up fixing it myself. You’re limited to just 2 chairs at the beach so your kids need to sit in the sand. Awful. I’ll never stay here again."
