"Great place and very New. Young man at the front desk was great."

"Room was clean, staff was friendly. We didn't get a chance to use the pool as we only stayed one night. We did not find the beds to be very comfortable and they really needed more blankets. The continental breakfast was pretty lackluster. It consisted of a few pastries, waffles, cold cereal and some interesting looking potato wedge things. We ate elsewhere. It was fine for an overnight but for the price I was looking forward to not also buying breakfast."

"I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds."

"The place was filthy and run down. Never would i recommend it to anyone. I wish there was a way to get refunded. Pool and hot tub were nonfunctional to boot."

"The property is under renovation so there is dust and debris everywhere. There was a broom inside my room. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed and there was mold in the restroom. Bathroom fixtures are old. At least the bed sheets were clean."

"Got in late and the lobby doors was locked until the person ahead was 100% done checking in, and ended up standing outside longer than should have been necessary."

"We had booked a suite w/ a king size bed. When we got to the property we discovered that there wasn’t an elevator & our suite was on the second floor. My arthritis limits my ability to climb stairs & we stayed there 3 nights. So lots of stairs! The desk clerk found us a regular room on the first floor. So it ended up being ok. The fact that there’s no elevator should be very evident when booking to avoid this!"

"Clean, comfortable king bed, good water pressure in the shower and kitchenette sink. Toaster, small single serve coffee pot, microwave, garage/dorm size fridge. Ice available, no bucket. Spacious room with bed, desk, table, chair, bedside outlets, iron & board, luggage holder, hangers, plenty of hanging space and shelf above. No blow dryer I could find, and didn't ask. The staff was extremely kind, helpful and friendly. Stayed 2 nights, would stay again if staying in Pocatello. Property is a...
