"Garden Suite was lovely and beautiful bathroom (with TV screen set in the tiles!) Lovely quality breakfast. Allowed to leave dog in room, but not to take him into breakfast which was understandable. Our dog kicked off barking and we couldn't leave him. Massive thanks to Caroline in the dining room as she accomodated as seperately in a room overlooking the gardens so we could bring our dog with us into breakfast!"

A lovely warm welcome (home made cookies!) and a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious, beds huge, bathroom accessible, bathroom products divine, and there was lots of storage space. Walking distance to the beach and to The Ship Inn, and easy driving distance to other interesting places to visit: Felbrigg Hall, Holt, Blakeney (seal safari) and Wells Next The Sea all worth a visit. Breakfast was lovely and service excellent.

From the moment we walked into reception we felt valued and treated as if we were a valued customer. Keith checked us in took us to our room explained where everything was including fresh milk in the fridge for your morning coffee or tea in your room and home made cookies, and how to get to the spa and pool. He was also the one we asked about other things to do in the area and he was always happy to help look up or suggest things. I cannot remember when I have had such a warm welcome at...

We were made welcome from the time we checked in and all hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is dog friendly and cleaning staff even took the trouble to put a small plastic map for our dog's bowls in the room. Overall, a lovely stay with excellent breakfasts and excellent meals in both the restaurant and bar. The licensee who was on duty for most of our stay - Steve - was exceptionally helpful and went out of his way to make to make our stay enjoyable.

Highly recommend. Gorgeous restaurant and rooms with a beautiful courtyard garden. Perfect for us with two children who were in same building but floor above via internal staircase. Car park just round the corner had to pay separately for but plenty spaces. Bed was fine but could have been more comfortable and slippers would be good but appreciated the robes. Loved everything about the hotel, outside cabin and spa. Lovely relaxing time with a friend for the weekend. Very clean. Lovely staff and amazing sunday dinner. My only annoyance was my friend forgot her toothbrush and they charged us £2 for one. I feel a complimentary toothbrush would not have affected their bottom line considering how much we spent at the property. But otherwise a beautiful venue with great staff and a beautiful luxurious spa.
