"Fantastic service and very helpful staff but if you want a good night's sleep make sure your room is away from the front of the hotel. Smokers and other guests meet outside from early morning and are not quiet."

"Great location. Check-in was fast and friendly. Room was well proportioned and clean. Had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant and the staff were helpful, polite and professional. Surprised at how quiet our room was considering how convenient for the airport the hotel is.
Breakfast service lasted until 11am and was delicious. Wide selection of hot and cold options too.
Courtesy bus to the airport for our train home was great although you need to remember to contact the hotel after your plane...

"We had a driver drop us off at the Hilton Garden Inn, London Heathrow. What we didn't know was there are 2 Hilton Garden Inns, London Heathrow. They are located specific to the Airport Terminals you want to fly out of. We were left at the wrong one. When I was making reservations it was not clear that I needed to include the Postal Code in order to tell a driver how to get us there. It caused lost time and another driver charge to take us to the correct one.
The hotel was excellent."

"Floor was wet and smelled from a dripping a/c unit. Decided it was not worth complaining and moving since only there one night. Let front reception know as checked out. Otherwise simple ok accommodations."

"For a nights stay in Harrogate this hotel was okay but nothing special. We had to change room as the heat was unbearable in the feature room we booked. Facilities were not great just plain"
