"Due yo roadworks I got lost twice . Members of staff said a lot of guests had . I asked to speak to the manager twice . She didnt bother to ring me . "Great location - less than 10 minutes to Terminal 2. Interiors clean and stylish. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Very quiet during the night. Only criticism was for person on reception. I had problems connecting to Internet in my room. I asked if I should be using the network which referenced my bedroom number, I was told yes.
