"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "We were greeted at reception by Alexander who was so friendly, polite and helpful.Such a credit to the hotel .
The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds comfy.
The hotel is ideally placed for theatres and lots of places to eat.
The Italian cafe over the road in Russell square garden is wonderful.
This was my second visit to the hotel and I will definitely return.
