Unique for having a nice bar/restaraunt area up in level 1 and a Starbucks cafe on level 0. Staff welcoming and friendly. Room clean, tidy, modern and of a great size. Walking distance to carpark and broad street bars.

The rooms look tired and needs a refurb especially when charging top rates. Breakfast was a complete failure. We sat and waited for over an hour for what was a simple order. We had to leave and request a refund. Receptionist was great and understood why we were unhappy

Hotel generally a bit ‘tired’ Lots of building work going on and workmen were intrusive, impolite - e.g. jumping into lift we had been waiting for, passing comments. Waiter ignored us when we arrived at Bistro, not even a nod to acknowledge we were waiting. Food mediocre.
