"The hotel was very clean and just as pictured. The bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was amazing! I liked the keyless entry and check in. Parking is not super convenient, but not too crazy and I don’t have complaints. Just something to note. There are limited free parking spaces right by the hotel, but there were many free spaces about a block away. Would definitely stay again! "

"Some nice touches in the hotel (coffee machine with biscuits & social areas) Good breakfast but limited seating area. Good size room, very comfy bed! Some bathrooms would benefit from some upgrade. Location wise, not too much of a walk into the centre and parking was on the street."

"Great location- we walked to downtown and the touristy area in a mile. Easy parking, apartment was well appointed and spacious. The bathroom shower did not look like it was cleaned after the previous tenant, though. "

"This is a clean, comfortable hotel in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Klambratún park and the Kjarvalsstaðir art museum. Parking is very convenient in a lot next to the hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly."

"Das Haupthaus und Frühstücksraum sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles in Holz und urig! Wir hatten eines der Cottages in Hafnarfjödur, eines von mehreren in einer Reihe am Haupthaus des Hotels. Das Zimmer war sauber, wenn auch etwas klein. Für eine Nacht aber vollkommen ok. Die Cottages hier sind auch in Holz gehalten, haben aber leider nicht den "Viking" Charme des Haupthauses. Dennoch eine schöne Unterkunft mit angeschlossenem Restaurant"

"First of all, the staff is very helpful and friendly...a big shout out to Liam at the front desk. He was excellent. Nice breakfast... healthy with a good variety of options. Parking is not easy but there is a place behind where you can unload your luggage. Then the tricky part is finding parking around. Download the Parka app... very helpful."

"Very clean and very comfortable beds which were appreciated after a long day. Very walkable to bus stops, and shops. Door access through app was tricky to figure out at first, but easy to adapt. One negative, another unit set off the fire alarm cooking bacon and the alarm rang in every unit."

"This is a lovely hotel near the harbour. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was clean amd had a lovely view to the mountains and harbour. We had a balcony which was an added bonus. The only niggle I had was from noisy neighbours (nothing filthy). I did request my room to be cleaned but it never happened during my 3 night stay. The hotels restaurant was amazing. The food was delicious. I recommend the lamb if its still on the menu. If you fancy eating out, the steakhouse...
