"The hotel was good, clean and located well to the airport. We did not receive the Expedia VIP welcome or service we get when we travel. The shuttle service was inconsistent, the driver didn't speak English and did not help guests with luggage at the airport, the 20 minute wait time is more like 40 minutes and the driver left with people chasing the van. The desk reception was awful as well, they were not friendly or helpful at all."
