"Definitely worth getting a bungalow or upgrading to one which I did! The room was spacious, well kept, and the bathroom was glorious. It really did make my stay extra special. Huge resort which made it feel very open and peaceful. The beach is a hidden gem and all facilities well maintained (apart from a lack of airconditioning in the gym!) Buffet breakfast was fairly standard but fresh. Staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. "

"Me and my gf stayed 3 nights and it was the best resort we ever stayed at. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had the Oceanview single room and it was immaculate. Food was terrific, especially the fresh juices and massive breakfast buffet. The only downside was the lack of entrainment tv options and no ability to stream between your phone and tv. I strongly recommend this resort if you want to have a 5-star experience."

"Loved everything except the beach was very dirty with lots of garbage. Likely not much the resort could do with it washing up but definitely could have cleaned it up more often. Long way to get a drink from beach with no waiters serving the beach area. Loved the room and the view and the food was good. "

"The staff were great nice and friendly. The room was ok but it should state if there are 2 adults and 2 children you need to pay for extra beds as the rooms don’t accomodate what is stated. The resort is nice but because the majority of visitors are Russian everything is Russian dominated even when talking to entertainment staff they talk to you in Russian. We stayed for New year which was lovely the food was amazing the entertainment was ok as again even the music was Russian. The pools were...

"Great view from ocean king room Nice room. But overall its kinda nickle and diming. Very thrifty with towels..have to pay 100000vnd for floating tube to use lazy river. Drinks and food is pricey. Service to get poolside drinks not very good. Not within walking distance to anything. But resort is clean. "

"Overall a great hotel that lets itself down when it comes to looking after the beachside - I can’t understand why staff aren’t allocated to sort out the plastic and waste on the beach that’s clearly from hotel guests. Such a shame to see. Enjoyed great food at the Tropicana restaurant and breakfast was varied and high quality."
