"My favourite Hotel in Mechelen"

"The whole experience was not good. From poor parking availability to the awkward entrance & nonexistent advertised restaurant, all was not as expected. The bathroom in my room was not clean with mold in the shower. Do not recommend."

"Room was great, staff check in was a breeze. Metro near by maybe a block from hotel. Area was quiet and safe."

"Our room had a water leak outside it on arrival, but this luckily did not impact the room itself so we just had to step over the heap of towels to get into our room. The room had the feeling of last being renovated 20 years ago and no repairs being carried out since. What I mean by that is the main window had large cracks in it, panels were missing to kitchen cupboards and the fridge, and drill holes in tiles in the bathroom were visible (perhaps these holes are the reason why there appeared to be damp in the wall?). We could hear any talking going on in the corridor outside as if the people were in our room, and a group of men were talking until about 1am. Our room was also close to the security gate that locked at night and closed with a loud bang, meaning that we were frequently disturbed throughout the night. We had a terrible night's sleep as a result of the corridor discussions and the security gate."

"The Radisson Hotel Antwerp Berchem is a comfortable, clean, standard chain hotel to stay in. The food was good in the restaurant and the staff was very helpful. What stands out about this hotel is how terrible and difficult it was to park there. The parking garage is fine, but there are many businesses using it. The Radisson signage is small and the print on it so small that it was difficult to read. What signage there was disappeared after a few turns and we were left wandering around in the garage looking for the entrance to the hotel. The Lidl supermarket in the same garage had fine signage, perhaps the Radisson people should copy what they are doing. We ran into another man in the garage who said he had spent half an hour looking for the entrance to the hotel. We would not stay here again because of the parking."

"Excellent stay. Great staff, solid breakfast and restaurant. Would choose again if in the area. "

"The room was in a good, clean condition however I was put into an adjoining room. Yes the door was locked, however when the gentleman came in at around 10.00 p.m. I thought he was actually in my room as the sound of his voice carried through. Not only that, every time he went to the bathroom, I could literally hear everything! He may as well have been in my room"
