The tap was hanging off the sink in the room.There was only 1 of 4 toilets working on our floor the others were locked off. The toilet that was working had a very dirty floor and there was no sink or soap anywhere to was your hands. I decided that showering was not an option as that was dirty too. "This hotel was a great find. The staff was GREAT. The room was small, but so clean and so comfortable. GREAT shower, towels, sheets, and so forth. Highly recommend it. We were a short drive into Rouen so very convenient. Safe, secure parking. Great experience. Thanks!"
