Love the architectural aspect of this boutique hotel. It is within walking distance from main shopping areas in Causeway Bay. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the nearest MTR subway station. The staff was attentive and courteous, especially the staff at the lobby. However, the room needs some maintenance. I stayed at the full moon room. There was some unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in. The bathroom has some drainage issue (tub water drains very slowly). The carpet wasn’t vacuumed well. With some makeover and remodeling, this hotel is a gem in Causeway Bay.

Very convenient location. The room and hotel property are clean and feel clean overall. Lots of restaurants around. Love them having a mobile wifi machine in the room and u can carry around for no extra cost. Very considerate and a plus for foreign travelers. Will stay there again and recommend for friends.

Mira Moon Hotel was a great discovery. I was looking for a reasonable hotel in Causeway Bay as I had a short business stop over in that area of Hong Kong. I stumbled across this hotel when browsing options on Expedia.com. The hotel was much nicer than I expected. The room was fully renovated, the bed was a large king size with high quality linens and a super comfortable mattress. Bathroom was designer style with a strong pressure rain shower and a deep soaking style bath tub. A/C was excellent. The working desk was comfortable. Overall this is an outstanding hotel for the money. I recommend it highly.

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel rooms are clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The adjacent rooms were a huge plus for our family of 4. Hotel staff were very friendly and always tried to help with everything we requested. Would definitely return.

One of the best I’ve stayed in
I’ve never stayed in one hotel for so long and Mira Moon really made it feel like home. Good location, clean and modern. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’m most impressed by all the little details. The coffee machine in the room is definitely the highlight. Also there are so many power points! I can charge my phone, iPad and laptop all at the same time. The hairdryer is my other favourite. It’s finally not one of those useless stuck on the wall ones. It actually dries my hair! The various light settings are a plus. Overall very pleasant stay and highly recommend!

Good at much discounted price
The room is very modern and cozy; not bad for quick stays especially at the much discounted price during COVID. The room's built in audio system was fairly poor when connected to Bluetooth and starts distorting above 50% volume (sometimes less). The smoke detector on the ceiling kept flashing which can be slightly annoying, and there is a gap beneth the room door which allows light to shine in though the shiny marble floor, which was also annoying. Didn't get a chance to use any facilities outside the room as Hong Kong Government has ordered some preventive shutdowns amid the COVID situation.

Super cozy
Landing jetlagged in Hong Kong, this was the perfect place to relax. It’s conveniently located, great view, cozy bed, great shower/tub. Will def return to this hotel.

The location was great, bed was super comfortable, room decor was original, floor was quiet. Only drawbacks were weak water pressure in shower, and lack of an illuminated digital clock in the room. (I find it disconcerting to wake up with jet lag in the middle of the night and not know what time it is). But those are just small details that in no way detracted from a positive experience. The selling skill is tricky so be careful on it
when I check-in in the early morning (Time slot between 0350-0450am). I haven't ideal when I check-in on that early morning. the night shift reception asks me to do the room upgrade. Until I got my credit card statement and found that I have the extra charge is HKD898. When i contact the hotel. After their morning shift colleagues checked. The cost is room upgrade charges. Unfortunately, I never agreed with that. The point is I checked out at 1050am on the next day. I just need to room for sleeping on that booking how come they will ask me to upgrade and I do not agreed to do that.

Cute boutique hotel with big rooms. It took me a while to find the light switch and air condition remote control as it is very high tech. The location is great and the interior design is interesting and unique. Would stay again.
