"AVOID! Shockingly poor service and weathered rooms!
I am not a fussy traveller and stayed im BW brand hotels in at least 5 countries and this experience was so disappointing I don't think I will be rushing back.
The reception were completely unhelpful - upon checkin they refused to give me my prepaid room because my name said "Iggy" and not "Ignas" as per my passport. They said i will just have to make a new reservation. JOKERS! I contacted the hotel app i booked it through and they have updated the reservation in seconds.
The reception said "they will accept the amendment on this one ocassion only" - trying to pretend they did not just try to scam me to pay for the same nights twice.
There was a manager there too, he kept repeating same things as well. Even when I asked what would be the best course of action they just kept saying "book.new reservation".
Finally got my room and its pretty disappointing too - black mold in the bathroom, cracking and stained walls, very loud aircon with unstable airflow..
At least the view is decent, cause I am struggling to find anything positive to say."
