The reservation manager was very helpful, giving me the inside scoop on when to visit the temple to avoid the massive festival crowds. "We had such a great visit at the Brahma Horizon! The staff was so pleasant and attentive, and we were greeted with the biggest smiles and fresh juice. The hotel doesn't meet the standard expected from Ramada Hotels and should be booked only if there's no other alternative."
