"Staff is very friendly and efficient. The hotel location was perfect for us, and parking was handy. Pool, laundry room, ice, purified water were readily available. At first we were disappointed that there is no continental breakfast provided, but we went to the little restaurant in the same building for the 10% discount and were very satisfied. Their menu was varied and our breakfasts were beautifully presented by attentive staff in a comfortable atmosphere. "

"It was a great place for a budget friendly vacationer. The gym was very small and works for one to two people. If you want a gym don’t come here. Our door to the room was made of wood and was extremely hard to open and it was very loud when closed or opened because of the humidity and warping. Most rooms didn’t seem to be as bad as ours (rm #612). Pool was cool but not heated and it is more a lounging pool than a fun pool. No hot tubs even though it looks like there might be. "The staff at the front desk not nice or friendly. I asked if I could have a room overlooking the pool, and the employee responded that he didn't have anything and I am lucky to recieve the room I got. The room was outdated, dirty and the windows were filty. I live across the street I wanted to stay just to use the pool (which I never did because of the weather). Complete waste of money."

"The place is in a wonderful location, beach access, two pools, walkable to everything in Waikīkī. My recommendation is don’t rent a car ( 45.00 a night to park adds up) there are trollers, and buses that will take you all over. The staff are friendly, and rooms are clean and spacious, the full kitchen is a big plus."

"Will definitely stay here again. This was my first time not staying at one of the bigger hotels along the beach and it was honestly better. It was nice to see the city every morning instead of the ocean. Valet was very fast and friendly, elevators were quick and easy unlike most at the bigger hotels. Couldn’t have been an easier stay"

"The breakfast buffet was decent ,but so busy. One of the elevators was broken the whole time. An alarm went off in our room at 4am the first night. The rooms are very dated. Good location. Decent pool, but again, extremely busy."
