Second time coming back here because we enjoyed this place so much! Communication with the rental manager was easy and fast. And while some of the furniture looks a little out dated, it’s always clean and furnished perfectly.

This was a great location to stay, simple but good price. It was a short walk from the beach and many dining options. The front desk wasn't open very much while there, so it was a little more difficult to get new towels, we waited until they were open. Also, there is a coffee pot there but the coffee provided didn't work well (very weak for even a small portion), so we'd recommend getting your own coffee at the start of your trip. Overall, we'd recommend staying here!

The property was great, but communication leading up to our stay was non-existent. Check in times are VERY limiting (3-4) and we wanted an option to do check in later as we were driving from the North Shore. I sent messages two weeks before and got no response, tried again several days before and then tried calling and emailing the day of with no luck. If you can make the check in time, it’s a great place to stay!

The check in was weird. We stayed in Tower I but the check-in was in an office on the 4th floor of Tower II. So that was a bit confusing. Our Mountain View room was not exciting but had everything we needed. The only complain we had was the floor was a bit dirty. We had no problem finding parking but the parking ramp had low ceiling so tall/large vehicles need to be aware.

Aloha! This was an amazing property with an outstanding team of staff. My family and I stayed at Hawaiian Sun Holidays for about two weeks and the staff (Jessica and Bilha) took care of us the entire time. They both made sure all of our needs were met and also recommended good attractions and dining spots to go to during our stay. In general, both Jessica and Bilha were very hospitable, accommodating and warm, making our family feel very welcomed while we were in Hawaii! On top of the staff, our room was very clean and well-maintained (beautiful view of the mountains too), parking is free and safe (supervised by a security guard at all hours) and the property is within short walking distance of Kalākaua Avenue and Waikiki Beach (specifically the Kuhio Beach section). Regardless of the close proximity to Kalākaua Avenue, it's still in a quiet spot and is reasonably safe as well! Thank you so much for such a memorable stay, Hawaiian Sun Holidays; we will definitely be recommending this property to others and if we come back to Hawaii, we will surely book our accommodations here again. Mahalo!

Enjoyed my stay in this spacious condo. Although a little dated, the condo was clean, had a great view, comfy bed, and great water pressure in the shower. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Free parking was a big plus and no issues with finding an available stall. I definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again.
There's a TV in the living/dining room and a smaller TV in the bedroom.
There's a Murphy bed behind those doors. I didnt use it. AC was cold.

It was in a great location, 5 minute easy walk to the beach and stores, parking in the garage was great and just made our vacation a lot easier! Only downsides were that I woke up during the night for some water and turned on the lights to find roaches on the stove running back to hide and there was a urine smell in the bedroom–not sure if it was the carpet or the bed skirt but it was something.

Only a block and a half from the beach. A lot of dining available in the area. Parking was included with the room. Facility was well taken of. Only downside was elevators were slow.
