"The knob for the shower came off. There was hair in the shower. There were bugs near the bed and window."

"Pillows might as well have been nonexistent. Breakfast was a joke - not even sure why they bother to advertise it. Everything from the vending machines was either stale or flat. As a stop off point with two kids between Tennessee and New Jersey it was a complete waste of money. We would have been more comfortable sleeping in our car. "

"Front staff was nice and knowledgeable on where to eat locally. Rooms were clean, spacious and included full-size fridge, 2 burner cooktop & microwave. A comfortable fulls size recliner was in each room. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels in the room. Nice pavilion/seating area with cornhole & horseshoes around back. Walking distance to shopping plaza with Walmart & food options. Great, quiet stay. "

"The property was clean and modern with free coffee/tea/hot cocoa 24hrs. The front desk staff were polite and lovely. The room was spacious and clean with essentials and extras. Bed was so comfy! The breakfast was the a wonderful surprise; amazing quality and variety of food, clean, fresh & delicious."

"They were not willing to refund two of the three nights booked when an emergency interrupted the stay. I never got to the hotel and understand that the first night was too late to be refunded but I felt that the other two nights should have been canceled and refunded."

"Initially We were assigned to room 206. The room was clean and nice; however, the shower stall was a disaster. We noticed and phographed black mold at the bottom of one of the walls. The next day we informed the front desk. They apologized and promptly moved us to another room- 326. Unfortunately, the shower stall in room 326 also has a black mold issue, albeit not quite as obvious as room 206. The mold is located at the bottom of the stationary panel. Therefore, we did not see it right away. We...

"The coffee is always available. The breakfast food is very good. The dining area is neat and clean. Room service was excellent. Staff very friendly and welcoming."

"2 Bedroom Suite was large enough for my family to spend the night. Hotel list it has an outdoor pool but the pool was drained and looks to have not been used in a long time. Breakfast was small with limited seating. "
