"Our family recently enjoyed a stay at - Springhill Suites - in Coraopolis PA. Immediatly all of us recognized that the staff was friendly and hard working (they literally never stopped cleaning the floors, tidying up their work area or providing what was needed in the breakfast area) and it was all done with a smile and kind words. We enjoyed Tracey, Andrew, Barb, Rob and Natalie so much we will miss them when we go! The entire property is clean and updated. We would most definitely return-thank...

"Front desk was friendly, and quick with my check in. This is an older building, but my room was very clean room had refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. "

"There was a problem in my room with the TV not working, and the front desk person really went out of her way to help with the problem. She ultimately decided that the best solution would be to just put me in a different room (and in the process, actually upgraded me to a much larger room!). She didn't have to do that, but it was greatly appreciated. And she even helped me move all of my belongings! Breakfast was the average hotel fare, but food was fresh and coffee was good. Room was very clean....

"Staff was very nice and there is free breakfast. I can tell hotel has been slightly updated. Vending machines only take cash. Overall cleanliness isn’t horrible but it could be cleaner in the rooms - coffee machine was molded and not sure if bedding was washed prior to getting the room. TV was great, AC/heating worked great and didn’t smell. Had no noise issues either. Would def stay again. "

"Exceptionally clean room. Be aware though that although this room contains a stove top and full size fridge, there are no utensils, dishes, glasses, or flatware. If you are staying for an extended period, it's not a big deal to purchase your own. For one or two night stays, seems kind of pointless. Clean (as previously mentioned) and comfortable room. I particularly like the satellite TV menu and spent a leisurely late afternoon/evening watching three movies on BBC America. This is my...

"Room was very clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. The main reasons for booking at your hotel was to use park and fly and the 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. Our flights left at 6:00 AM and returned at 11:45 PM. The driver was waiting for us in the lobby to go to the airport at 3:30 AM and promptly picked us up after our return flight. I can’t say enough a bout the driver Giovanni. He was courteous, kind, and so pleasant to talk to. I would consider him a very valued employee."
